Who can help if I have a problem at performance time?

The Centennial Hall Audience Services desk is located in the lobby between doors 3 and 4. In addition to amplification devices and large print programs, earplugs and booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Local phone calls may be made from the desk. Emergency phone calls can be relayed to Centennial Hall by the UA Police Department at (520) 621-8273. If you are expecting to be called, please give seat locations to the House Manager.

What happens if I'm late?

Late seating is at the discretion of the management and reflects the wishes of the performing artist. We cannot guarantee late entry or offer refunds, but there are flat screens and audio of the performance in the lobby.

Can I bring my children? What are good performances for children?

Our Box Office staff can answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances. Regardless of age, every child must have a ticket - even those who sit on a lap throughout the performance. Starting with the 2016 Season, infants, children, and youth up to age 18 receive the child/student discount: $10 off the regular ticket price (does not apply to Gold section seating). "Babe-in-Arms" vouchers will no longer be issued after spring 2015.

A limited amount of booster seats are available at the Audience Services desk in the Centennial Hall lobby. We ask that children attending UA Presents performances sit quietly throughout the entire performance. As a courtesy to others, parents or guardians may be asked to remove children who are creating a disturbance during a performance.

May I take photos, videos or audio recordings of performances?

We ask that you turn off all pagers, cellular phones, personal organizers and other sound or light-emitting devices before the performance. Use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly prohibited. We do hope that you will post, tweet and blog about your experiences at our events and friend us on Facebook—after the performance!

Are there refreshments available to purchase at the theatre?

Yes, for UA Presents performances refreshments are available for purchase. No outside food or beverages, please.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in any of the UA Presents performance venues. The University of Arizona is a smoke-free campus, so you must leave University property to smoke before a performance or during intermission.

What is your dress code?

There is no dress code. Most of our patrons wear comfortable, “business casual” clothing. Some dress up a bit more for special events.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?

If your ticket is for a UA Presents event, contact our ticket office. We’ll cancel your original tickets and have new ones waiting for you in Will Call. For events in Centennial Hall that are not sponsored by UA Presents, please contact the seller for replacement ticket policies.

My tickets are at Will Call. How can I get them?
