Ticket Policies

If you are not buying tickets directly from UA Presents, remember that counterfeit tickets are often sold online, and tickets you buy may not be honored for admission.

Every patron must have a ticket for entry, including children of any age. Photo IDs will be requested to verify eligibility for discounts.

Different policies may apply for events in Centennial Hall that are not sponsored by UA Presents.


Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Can't find your tickets? Call our Ticket Office at (520) 621-3341 to request duplicate tickets.

In the event of a double seating situation, priority will be given to the proper account holder of orginal purchased tickets. 

Will Call/Ticket Pick Up

Ticket orders processed less than ten days prior to the performance will be held at the Centennial Hall Box Office.

For performances at other locations, Will Call tickets will be available at the venue one hour before performance. 


Programs, artists, dates, times and prices are subject to change. Refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation or date change. Handling fees are not refundable.

We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and UA Bursar’s accounts.

On UApresents.org: (Subscriber Tickets only):

  • $2 per ticket fee for gold, loge and pit section seating
  • $1 per ticket fee all other seating

For non-UA Presents events at Centennial Hall, fees may differ.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange tickets without additional fees up to 24 hours prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another UA Presents performance within the same season only.

Patron Services

The Centennial Hall Audience Services courtesy desk is located in the east end of the lobby between doors 3 and 4. In addition to amplification devices and large print programs, earplugs and children's booster seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Local phone calls may be made from a phone located at the desk. Emergency phone calls can be relayed to Centennial Hall by the UA Police Department at (520) 621-8273. 

Patrons expecting to be called should give seat locations to the House Manager.

Centennial Hall Security Policy

In order to create a safe, enjoyable experience for all our guests, Centennial Hall has implemented the following security policies:

Anyone entering premises is subject to a search of personal belongings, including but not limited to inspection of bags, purses, strollers, coats, hats, and wheelchairs.
Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are not permitted. Centennial Hall will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection, including but not limited to oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc.

All persons are subject to Arizona Board of Regents and University of Arizona rules and regulations, and the laws of the State of Arizona.  The University may revoke the ticket license and eject or refuse entry to persons for violation of these rules, regulations, and laws, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or other misconduct.

The following items are prohibited in Centennial Hall:

Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms (permitted or not)
Video and audio recorders
Professional quality camera equipment
Selfie sticks/poles
Glass or metal containers
Any outside food or drink, however, medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection.
Illegal drugs or substances
Folding chairs, seat backs, or seat cushions
Long golf umbrellas
Laser pointers
Noisemakers or horns
Signs, posters, banners, balloons and flags
Personal transportation device (i.e. skateboard, bicycle, hover board, etc.) that is not required due to disability. 
Parcels, packages, and any items the contents of which are not displayed
Centennial Hall Staff cannot accept gifts of any kind for the entertainer(s)

Centennial Hall reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest.
